The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions conducted through the site and general use of mossandmica.ca, owned and operated by Jaymie Fletcher.

1.0 Use of Site

Information, including product inventory, pricing and availability, may be updated and changed without notice. Moss & Mica Jewellery reserves the right to refuse business, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including if it is believed that customer conduct violates the Terms and Conditions and/ or is harmful to the interests or image of Moss & Mica Jewellery and attributable social media accounts. Information regarding metaphysical traits and listed in product descriptions is derived from personal experiences and gathered alongside studies of crystal healing between social groups. Modification of the Terms and Conditions may be carried out without customer notification.

2.0 Privacy Policy

Moss & Mica Jewellery upholds its goal to protect your privacy by only collecting information required for the generation of user account and/or in adding a customer to mailing list services (name, email). If one has opted for home delivery with purchase, only information pertaining to the delivery address and contact information of the recipient will be collected for this purpose (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). Moss & Mica Jewellery will not use personal information of customers collected in the processing of contacting Moss & Mica, nor the “Contact Us” form on mossandmica.ca.

3.0 Legal Notice & Copyright

All material offered on this website and store pages is owned by Jaymie Fletcher and may not be copied or resold. Customers are authorized only to view, photograph, and distribute links or content of this website for informational purposes. Referencing product names of Moss & Mica Jewellery must be recognized and acknowledged as trademarks of their respective holders.

4.0 Shipping & Delivery

All Currencies are in Canadian Dollars (CAD), and any currency conversions, customs, or bank charges to the customer are not the responsibly of Moss & Mica Jewellery. U.S residents are not subject to any Sales Tax. At this time, Moss & Mica Jewellery does not guarantee a tracking number for home delivery. Order Status can be retrieved through viewing the status of your delivery on mossandmica.ca provided by Moss & Mica Jewellery. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

5.0 Exchange & Return Policy

Exchanges can be made within the first 15 days of purchase if the customer is not satisfied with their purchase. The customer is responsible to pay for shipping to and from Moss & Mica Jewellery. Items can be returned if there is a product default and Moss & Mica Jewellery will cover the cost of shipping. Prior to the return of an item, the customer must provide a photo of the damaged product, followed by returning the item to Moss & Mica Jewellery before a full refund can be issued. The return policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In the event of a return, the customer must contact Moss & Mica Jewellery for delivery address. Product is not subject to return if it is damaged or lost during the shipping process. Sale items cannot be refunded.
